I live in California and wanted to send my grandmother roses for her 64th birthday. I called this floral shop and they answered immediately. They provided me with an ETA and the customer service was good. My grandmother got her flowers and I didn’t have to worry if they’d be on time or not. Thank you!

Julie at Dixie Floral the owner of the shop is an absolute caring, and friendly soul. She is willing to serve with her whole heart. Her shop is very welcoming and filled with warmth. Beauty is definitely found in the shop where sorrow can feel the grieved. I would definitely recommend if you want some beautiful floral arrangements and someone that is truly caring shop here. Love they're arrangements and they do beautiful work

First time ordering, online, from out of the country for a local funeral we could not attend. Our family sent a photo of our flowers and they were beautiful! Full, vibrant colors, card was accurate and they were delivered on time. I do wish the florist had acknowledged the order and sent a confirmation that it was delivered but being out of the country, maybe they did and I didn't get it. But 10/10, would recommend!

The floral arrangement was beautiful and the delivery person was outstanding. She was exceptionally interested in making sure the flowers were not going to be left outside because it was freezing. She called and sent texts and waited for my response. Customer service is rare today but much appreciated. I definitely recommend this shop.

Someone ordered a pet friendly plant for me from Dixie Floral. I appreciated that they called to make sure I'd be home for delivery and ensured that the plant was pet safe. The plant is also beautiful and nicely decorated. I will absolutely keep them in mind when I order flowers in the future!
